The following terms and conditions and all applicable legal rules apply to the services of Curtain Guild. By using the Curtain Guild Platform, the Professional agrees to be bound by these terms.
The following definitions are used in these Terms and Conditions, both in singular and plural:
1.1. Account: the account on the Platform that enables the Professional to use the Services.
1.2. Advertisement: an advertisement on the Platform or other request sent via the Platform, in which a job for (window decoration) upholstery is offered by a Client.
1.3. Terms and Conditions: these terms and conditions, regardless of the form in which they are made known.
1.4. Service: the service provided by Curtain Guild, consisting of, among other things, offering the Platform.
1.5. Platform: the platform offered by Curtain Guild via the website on which Clients and Professionals can contact each other.
2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Agreements, regardless of how they are concluded.
2.2. Curtain Guild is entitled to adjust or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2.3. Deviations from the Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
